We love everyone there! Have been going there for 18years and would recommend them to everyone! They even got us an appointment short notice to help our family out!

Dr.Zarzuela is a great Doctor she is kind,compassionate,and really cares for the well being of her patients. With that said, I have issues with the wait times. The last 3 times we have had the appointments for my baby. We wait over 30 minutes inside the checkup room. Ive made appointments different times in the day to see if that was an issue. But that does not seem to be it. I have my suspicions as to why we wait more than other patient families.

The doctor was very nice. They squeezed us in and she was very helpful. It felt very fast paced but she certainly was friendly and knew her stuff. I'm sure it was a busy day! Would have benefitted from slowing down a little.

It's very hard to call and make a same day appt at this office. Anytime I've called to make an appt the person answering the phone tells me there's no appts and to go to the urgent care. These are not urgent care issues and a peds office should be able to accommodate same day appts for illnesses.

I waited over an hour. In between seeing the physcian and waiting for shots for my baby.

Dr. Zarzuela has seen my daughter since she was 1 and my son since he was an infant. She has been a wonderful resource for caring for my kids and has always been so friendly, helpful, and kind at every appointment.
