Thought the nurse was MORE informative than the doctor. Not to impressed with the doctor but guess he was ok. Quite surprised that didn't laugh/snicker when they saw me. Maybe when I left.

Dr Dodd and his staff do the best job ever! All are very pleasant and caring. I'll be back for my next procedure with no hesiatation as I know I will be well taken care of.

Discharge instructions were confusing. Staff told me one thing and paperwork had different instructions. Had to call office to find out what to do. Question whether staff knew what they were doing. Don't have 100 per cent confidence in Dr Dodd's staff.

Dr. Dodd is an excellent physician who listened to my concerns and advised me regarding my options, whic I appreciated. The results of my surgery were excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Dodd to anyone seeking the types of surgery he performs and I will be returning to him for future procedures. His office and nursing staff are also top-rate.

Being that I was seeing this doctor for a possible surgery, I would have thought that he would have looked at my surgery history. I was so thrown off by his questions that I forgot about all my surgeries myself. I understand they see a lot of patients and all but I was not prepared mentally to be standing there naked and drilled with questions about my medical history, that is in my chart right in front of him. It was very overwhelming having to stand in front of someone who you don't even know naked and then feel like they didn't look at your history. Also he brought in a medical student and I was never asked if that was okay if that person could come in and be part of my exam so that was another shock. At least let the patient know that there will be a student coming in or I believe that you have ask the patient's permission for that student to come in. It's not that I would have said no but, I would have liked to at least have been aware. It's just an overwhelming feeling in the first place and that just made it even more overwhelming.
