My appointment was scheduled for 7:40am. I arrived 15 minutes prior. I wasn't taken to a room until 8:00! Then sat and waited another 10 minutes! After listening to my history...again(my history is read to me everytime!) I informed staff I had to be to work at 9am. At that time they kicked it into gear and I was out and on my way at 9:45.Provider talks waaay to much. I don't appreciate how my time is stretched out unnecessarily like this just to be charged $400!! These visits are not worth it. If it wasn't for insurance I would consider going somewhere else but insurance rules. When will you provide an actual doctor at the Winneconne office? It used to be a good place. I felt confident with the care provided in past.
