The receptionist needs to get a happier disposition! Very cold personality. When entering clinic, there's no friendly greeting, no friendly smile. That's the first impression patient gets. Talk about raising BP.

She is extremely intelligent yet explains things in non-medical terms. Her thought process is quick and she follows up her ideas with plans. Could not ask for a more knowledgeable NP. So happy to have her expertise.
