I have issues with estimates provided to me as a No Insurance patient. Provided estimate directly generated by Aurora for my office visit were ungodly high and did not match either what the office visit was going to be, take into account that I've been an Aurora Family Practice patient for more than two decades, nor did it match the estimate I could generate on the patient portal for the exact same CPT code.

I absolutely hate your phone system!! Tried calling several times to make an appointment, could not get through to talk to a person!! Please man the phones better!!
