My doctor and assistant are wonderful unfortunately the same cannot be said about the people who check you in, they are more concerned about personal things and talking to coworkers rather than taking care of checkins,appointments and well, doing their job! How unfortunate....for us

Signage around Good Sam Hospital is poor. Hard to locate office building. Need street numbers added to signage. Signage in building poor.

Receptionist nurse and doctor so very nice. Made me feel like I was in very good hands. I left there feeling like I was very well taken care of. He answered all my questions new my history and asked questions I didn't even think about. Very happy with Dr.Lababidi.

He communicated with me expertly. Face to face and replying to every nuance. I so appreciated him looking into my eyes during the entire visit. Best bedside manner ever!
