New patients should be provided with directions when the location is at a large facility or in an obscure location. For example, I would have liked to have been told the office was in the West Tower North Pavilion. I was circling the hospital and even drove off hospital grounds in an attempt to locate the office. Eventually I had to call advocate for help. Also, the phone number of the office should have been available in my Live Well app. Only the address and the doctor's name was on the app.
The doctor showed care and understanding, as well as being a professional.?

I was happy with Dr.Lababidi on this 1st visit with him.
Everyone in the office was great. So friendly and helpful. I was so surprised I didn't have to wait at all.
I went in very worried and uncertain. Dr. Lababibi was so gentle, caring and informative that I was much reassured and prepared to do whatever was necessary. Slept better that night than I have in weeks!!
Just before I received the e-mail requesting my feedback about my visit with Dr. Lababibi yesterday, I went into the Live Well app and sent him a message informing him there are no after visit summary/notes in the Live Well app and the prescription for Prednisone which he told me was going to give me has not been sent. I am unsure where the disconnect occurred which caused these not to be taken care of.

This was the first time I saw this great Dr. He took the time to talk to me and explain everything I wanted a year to find out about. He is very professional, observant, and caring doctor. He was like the doctors I grew up with very caring positive and intentive. I would recommend him and already have, He's the best doctor I've seen in a year.
