I love being Dr. Kelly's patient and trust her. This experience felt disengaging with the team. From check in, through rooming, to checking out, all encounters with the teammates felt transactional. No smile, no eye contact, body slouching, just doing their job and I felt like a burden. I also dislike throughout the year how messages are consistently road blocked by teammates. I really wish I could hear from my doctor when questions arise and wonder if it is even reaching her at times.

I am still trying to establish a patient/provider relationship with Dr. Kelly. Aside from the transition to a new provider, I have also had some upheaval in my professional life, and it's been a challenge to navigate all of this at once. Unfortunately, I at times feel unheard, not specifically by Dr. Kelly, but rather at Aurora as a whole. It's possible that I expect too much, and of course don't necessarily want to have to be paying as much attention to my health as I have had to recently.
