Everything was explained in great detail. They asked if I had questions to make sure I understood. Employees seemed very knowledgeable and caring.

We have only recently moved to this area. Your organization has been extraordinarily accommodating & easy to work with. The providers we have worked with thus far have been professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate that the providers tend to honor my appointment times (No unnecessary wait times) and the administrative staff members are also courteous, respectful and professional, as well. My only concern was when calling to renew my prescription or make an appointment to see Amber Schmitz in order to renew my prescription, that the receptionist told me to call my regular doctor to do this. Since I am monitored by this nurse practitioner, I would prefer to have my prescription renewed by the person who is recommending I take it.
