My only concern was when calling to renew my prescription or make an appointment to see Amber Schmitz in order to renew my prescription, that the receptionist told me to call my regular doctor to do this. Since I am monitored by this nurse practitioner, I would prefer to have my prescription renewed by the person who is recommending I take it.

Liked the way they handled the visit. Talked to the receptionist took my ,date of birth , what time & who then gave you a card with a number on it. That was the room you saw the nurse and the person you were to see . No sitting in the lobby.

Both Amber and her MA made me feel comfortable asking questions. Amber was very nice and treated me with kindness and respect. I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism.
