I do not like your sterile waiting room, hallways and offices!! I felt like I was in a prison.

Dr. Sethi was attentive and kind in the way he addressed issues regarding my health. Not all doctors are able to talk about losing weight in a way that is not degrading but Dr. Sethi presented the facts to me in a way I understood them and gave me suggestions on ways to better my health. He was respectful and encouraging.

It is always good to have someone with you to listen and ask the doctor questions.

All went well,and they ask me if I got my flu shot so they gave me one thought that was great.

Too many steps to get to a room in this facility. I have pulmonary issues and I was out of breath by the time I reached the room.

The girl at check in desk should not be there. Spoke in very low tone could hardly hear her had to ask what several times. My husband was with me and he could barely hear her. Seemed reserved like not surevof job. Not a personality for check in desk.
