This was the first provider of 3, that I had seen in 3 days, for what I deemed an emergency (even after a visit to the ER) that looked at my whole body, listened to all of the info I had to give her about my ideas on the rash/ allergic reaction, before making a conclusion. She looked at all the medications I had been given in the past few days for this, that were not helping, and made an adjustment to them. This allowed me my very first day that I could tolerate the rash. She returned my phone call the next day, on her day off, over concerns I was still having. And today, she made another call to help me out with all the problems I am experiencing at night with the allergic reaction. We have decided on a slight medication adjustment until I can finally get into my PCP, tomorrow. I am so thankful for her knowledge, compassion and dedication to her profession. I was a nobody patient that needed some immediate care and got put on her scheduled on call day. She delivered with 5 stars in every category imaginable. Thank you.

Dr. Schaus is amazing she makes you feel so comfortable especially when you are having a skin exam which is not very private, and you need to be able to let your guard down. She does her best to be so discreet about it. We are so luck and fortunate to have Dr. Schaus. I also would like to share that her nurse is so sweet, polite and also has a way to make you comfortable. I greatly appreciate it.
