Very thorough exam. Exceeded expectations.

This was my first visit with Dr Schaus. She was very friendly and extremely thorough. I was very satisfied with my check up.

Dr. Schaus is the best dermatologist in the world and her team is great. So very comprehensive and back and forth conversation.

They were very behind in appointments.

My appointment was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. I was not taken into a room until 3:26 p.m. and I did not get to see the doctor until 3:53 p.m. While I understand things happen and the doctor did apologize for the wait, this seemed to be quite lengthy and did end up affecting my childcare situation that evening, which I wasn't expecting to have to deal with. This is by no means my typical experience at Aurora and wouldn't deter me from going back, but I would have appreciated someone informing me that things were behind so I could have been proactive about making arrangements for my children.

I AM VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND SUCH A CARING AND THOROUGH DOCTOR. I LEAVE EVERY APPOINTMENT FEELING LIKE I'M IN GOOD HANDS.

Dr Schaus is very thorough. She is always willing to listen if I have questions.
