Medicare allows routine nail care every 63 days yet Aurora will only allow an appointment every 90 days. I require an appointment at least every 75 days yet the staff refuses to accommodate.
Dr. Lanzito is a very good health provider. She is worth the wait to get in to see her.
I feel rushed, and unwelcome. While I'm certain that the doctor knows her stuff, it seems as though I am also supposed to know everything about my condition -- and then commit all instructions to memory within 30 seconds.
