I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr L was clear, straightforward, efficient, and understanding. We opted to wait on a procedure but left knowing what is needed to address my son's issues going forward.

The phone experience leading up to this appt was unpleasant. I had to be forceful to get my point Across.
