Her bedside manner was extremely business like and short. She didn't have time for my questions and was very abrupt.
I would recommend that the front desk be friendly when the people who register the patients, and the nurses were kind to the patients and the doctors were more patient and listened to their patients with a good attitude, they seem to be running when one asks them about our health, we pay the same as everyone else, it is not free.

I have always liked going to see Dr. Bustos. She knows my history and how to deal with it.
I appreciated that Dr Bustos took some time to read what was happening with me when information was forwarded to her from other providers while I was recently very ill and seen at other locations. She also personally called me back during this time when I was concerned and asked a question on Live well vs her RN calling. She is a wonderful MD, very kind and caring.
