I have been a patient of Dr. Bustos for more than 15 years and I have nothing but praise and respect for her care and compassion for any of my medical and personal needs.

It is very frustrating when you have a 11:20 appointment and you sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes then in the exam room for another 20 minutes before being seen. I also don't like that someone behind the desk yells to you in the waiting room and tells you what room to go to. Feels very cold and unfriendly. What happened to someone coming over, greeting you and take you to a room and tell you what happens next.

Dr. Bustos has been my doctor for many years and that relationship puts me at ease in discussing anything with her. I have confidence in being in her care.

Dr. Bustos is personable she makes me feel comfortable in whatever my health/mental/medical concerns are! She listens and cares this is what makes me continue to choose her as our family physician time after time!
