Doctor never touches me. No ear, throat check. Nurse takes blood pressure, temp. What happened to family doctors that were involved with your care not just fending patients to specialists.

Dr. Roberts is wonderful and listened carefully to my concerns about what brought me in. She also addressed one of the chronic issues that we have been working on which I appreciated. The MA who helped me was so nice and even brought me a glass of water when I had an unexpected tickle in my throat.
