Dr. Alia Roberts is wonderful. She was very thorough and took time to listen to my concerns and offer suggestions and support.

Dr Alia Roberts and her staff are excellent . Dr Roberts cured me truly . I am grateful for Dr Roberts and her staff service . I received a notice that my Blue Cross plan will not do business with this provider and I am upset about that . Therefore I will change my insurance in order to stay with a plan which allows me to stay with this provider and Dr Alia Roberts
I couldn't see my regular primary physician but I was able to see an associate and she was great!
This was my first time seeing Dr. Roberts. I felt that she knew my history, as my previous doctor was with Advocate. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable. She addressed my concerns and was very friendly and professional.

I appreciated the time Dr Roberts took with me on my initial visit with her. In searching for a new general physician I feel confident after meeting with Dr Roberts that I have a good plan in place and hopefully will be with her for a long time.
There was not enough time for me to think of the questions I needed to ask or for the Dr. to fully address the questions I did have. I arrived at on time before the appointment at 11:25 AM and waited outside in the hall, then was shown into the office where I waited at least 30 minutes longer before Dr. Roberts appeared. She, or someone in her office transmuted this into my being late for some other reason. The notes from my visit do not reflect my own statements/understanding entirely correctly.
