Very pleasant.
It was nice of him to give me 5 entire minutes when he had NEVER seen me before. Well at least he did not try to convince me to get COVID-19 shots like the previous cardiologist (even though I told him I already HAD COVID & had natural immunity (which I now understand via a flyer I saw from Advocate-Aurora that they want donated blood from those who have had COVID!)

Dr. Khan is a very good and compassionate doctor. I am very fortunate to have him as my cardiologist. I always look forward to seeing him.
My criticism has to do with the facility, not the provider. I do not see the value in wearing a tracking device at an appointment. Once I was given the tracking device I was given a card with the room number to go to...why do I need the tracking device if I am to find the room on my own. Where is the kindness in having the nurse come out and welcome me and take me to the appropriate room. Is it too much to ask? Or are the support staff too busy talking in the central area to do this small kindness.
