Sorry to hear that you are closing Lombard location more for us. Very stressful having to see doctor at Good Samaritan hospital. It is hard for elderly patients to get in and out with parking concerns. Not enough handicap spots and lot is always full so Lombard office was great

dr spent about 1/2 hour with me he never rushes and answers all my questions.

I do not like your new check out process. Took 23 minutes of me waiting to get checked out. Didn't seem that the front desk staff was engaged to get a number of people waiting to check out processed expeditiously. I do like the new office space. The person who spoke with me in the exam room to get me ready to see Dr. Valika was excellent. Dr. Valika is awesome!!! I haven't seen him in 2 years and he picked up with discussing my treatment like I saw him yesterday.

I like that Dr. V takes his time and doesn't rush me. He also laughs at my jokes!

Dr. Valika is a terrific doc. He's thorough and genuinely engaged in my welfare and health care needs. His staff is also great to work with. They all make me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
