My provider, Dr Valika, and his staff were very knowledgeable and empathetic. My condition was explained in detail with follow up testing ordered to attempt to refine the diagnosis.
The nurse that was checking me in on the computer in the room was rude and told me to call if I was late, I told her I did call but they didn't tell her. The dr was great.

Dr Valika is very thorough. He takes the time to explain things and patiently answers your questions. He explains things to you with language that a non medical person can understand.
