Excellent provider and spent a lot of time with me

Dr. Diaz is a caring doctor who isn't afraid to tell you to do better. I like that he is a very honest doctor.

My appointment was for 1015 am. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, to "check in". I was called back by the MA/nurse (?) at approximately 1045am. She did state Dr Diaz was "running behind." He arrived approximately 1115am. He was apologetic about his lateness. Scheduling, timeliness and updating of delays needs to be improved. I am sure if I arrived an hour late, I would not be seen.

Dr Diaz, Was concerned about my symptoms and was proactive to order the appropriate blood test immediately. The test results were back in approximately 1hour, and fortunately the test were normal.

I always have problems getting logged into the Live well app So aphone call personal regular email works best

I would be hard pressed to imagine a better primary care physician than Dr. Diaz. He really is exceptional.

I was told when I called for an appointment to get my sick child seen there was no appts available and to go to urgent care- when I was on my aurora there was an appt for the same day with my pediatrician- which as a parent was frustrating because why was I told there was nothing available but got an appointment by looking in my aurora? Front desk needs to be more helpful

Dr Diaz always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He explains the implications of my lab work.
