Too much focus on rote procedures. Nurse was not personable, was too pushy with questions. Nurse and Doc asked same questions from the questionnaire I had completed. Doc was not personable enough, and too interested in getting through a checklist. Did not study my prior history, especially since this was a first visit. You people need to listen more and talk less. I had to say no to audio recording the visit? Really?
Nice new digs. The view out the patient waiting room (third floor) is very nice

Dr. Diaz is not my doctor. He saw me because my doctor didn't have any openings, so I saw Dr. Diaz because he could see me sooner. He seemed very professional and informed of my conditions. The only thing missing was a smile. He seemed very caring though!
