Felt like he was rushing to finish with me and get on to someone else. Supposed to be Medicare prevention Appointment but never even mentions the form.

I had a good experience with Dr. Diaz and his staff. I was worried because I had to work after my appointment, and I thought I would be late, but everything was right on time.

I have complete confidence in Dr Diaz and I appreciate his concern for my problems and his caring remedies he offers me.

Dr. Diaz was courteous, professional and probing. He explained his recommended course of treatment, confirmed it was understood and there were no questions or concerns.

Dr. Diaz should be the model for a caring, professional, and competent physician. He is a unique individual and I am thankful to have him as my primary care doc.

I just want to thank him for having an opening to help me with my problem. It is so hard to get into your own provider when you need to see them other than your 6 month follow up. I thank him very much!!!
