Health partners & Virtuwell invited me to do a fecal test. I got the results days after my wellness check. After I emailed the negative result, I was asked for a hardcopy they can scan into my record. My understanding is scanning something from paper makes the message digital. I copy & pasted the negative result in a digital format. If staff members would copy & paste or type the result into my record, the report would be in a digital format. I didn't finish college, but I think I understand the importance of digital records. When paper copies are scanned & discarded, paper copies aren't useful after that. Maybe there are concerns about me misunderstanding "NEGATIVE" &/or lying about my feces.
