My appointment was at 8am. I work in healthcare and understand the profession makes it hard to stay on schedule. However, having a very early appointment makes it surprising that I was not roomed and seen by the provider until 8:45 and was not even roomed until 8:40. I understand delays but there was absolutely no acknowledgement from either the nurse or the provider that they were so late. That is unacceptable and extremely disrespectful even though the provider was fantastic in all other facets.

Dr. Wilhelmi listens with unconditional positive regard. When I look back on the doctors that I've had in the past, Dr. Wilhelmi stands out because he genuinely cares. I absolutely trust my doctor - I am very lucky that I found him.

This is a new provider for me and I have been really happy working with him. He is the type of service provider that I have been looking for.

Dr. W was very nice and took the time to discuss all options. He was running behind for my appointment and I'm not sure if the nurse would have came in to let me know he was running behind if I didn't walk past the nurses station to use the restroom. Once my appointment was over I went to lab. The lab tech did not smile when calling me back and just seemed like she was ready for the day to be done. When I went back in the room after providing a urine specimen she was on her phone and didn't even look up to acknowledge that I walked back in. She just kept doing whatever she was doing on her phone and said have a good day. If I do have any concerns, I feel comfortable with Dr. W and would go back to see him.

Dr Wilhelmi was wonderful and took my injury seriously. He spent time with me and apologized for being late. He seems to value my time. I would highly recommend him to everyone

I was very impressed with Dr. Wilhelmi. I have been struggling with a very sensitive and difficult health concern that isn't easy or comfortable to discuss even with a physician, but I did with him because he earned my trust when addressing my initial appointment concern. He was very knowledgeable, approachable and easy to speak too. He also extended himself by proactively initiating dialog with his colleagues to further address my health struggle and giving validation that I was heard and listened too. I'm very appreciative of Dr. Wilhelmi.

I appreciate Dr. Wilhelmi taking the time to show me visuals on the computer screen of my condition/knee, to help me better understand.

He's a very good doctor and I enjoy visiting with him about my health.
