I appreciate the time he takes to be thorough, and cover all questions/concerns. He listens closely, and offers solutions and troubleshooting ideas - even for small things. Most of all - I feel like he is truly vested in my care (As well as my other family members who see him). This is something so refreshing, and incredibly appreciated!
