Check in when entering clinic. I always feel the people checking me in are being interrupted by my presence. I already do pre check in on the live well app and pay my copay via app as well. I just stand there until someone, looks up, sighs and then motions me over. I was the only person in line with three reps sitting at the desk. They verify name, dob, provider and home address. This is already in the app which knows I am in the clinic. I can go sit down without standing in line and interrupting these incredibly busy and overworked individuals- These people are the first ones met by patients. Paying my cable bill is a more enjoyable experience than checking in at this clinic.
