Dr. Benjamin is very easy to relate to and very understandable. I very much like that. He also explains things very well.

Dr. Benjamin and his team of residents, nurses, medical scribes, and more are receptive to their patient's needs and are great to narrate their thought process and include the patient in any problem solving or interpretation of results.

The nurse that took my vitals seemed uninterested and unfocused. She kept yawning and seemed to be out of it. When I received my medical summary, it stated that vitals were not taken and they were. So I do not have a vital history of weight, blood pressure, etc. for this visit. Thank goodness she got my A1c test right!

Getting in impossible scheduling impossible Phone center argued about getting lab work first .. which the doctor wanted but they wouldn't do Great Doctor awful system They wanted my six month follow up to be in 1.5 years

I continue to receive excellent care ai Illinois Masonic. My Dr.s and nurses are on top of my medical needs.
