Everything with Dr. Nouri was good. My issue is not having access to avs/notes to be able to look something up from a visit. The restriction for teens is too much. I understand it to a point. However, I feel the teens should be able to have access to their own account if parents can't. I believe Children's Hospital also restricts teens accounts but do let them have their own access.

My child and I had a great experience. The doctor was very thorough. She didn't just explain things using medical jargon, she used images in her office as visual aids to ensure we understood. She seemed genuinely interested in my daughter's care. I left with more knowledge than I knew I needed and I am extremely grateful.

I like that she took her time and asked my son questions and had conversation with him to make him feel comfortable and giver her trust
