Dr Kozel explain my situation in terms I could understand.

My urologist was very knowledgeable about my condition. He had strong communicative skills ans was very thorough. I felt like I was in good hands both professionally and personally.

Some times my appointments are switched without notice , and I wind up going to and empty appointment one day, only to go to the new appointment the next day. It's confusing.

I appreciated the Ultrasound Tech. taking me back to the room right away before my exact time. I was full of water and it's was very helpful. Friendly and respectful!
