This was my first encounter with Dr. Pflum. I chose him after going through several Bio's. I had lost my previous ENT Dr. to retirement. Was quite happy & impressed with Dr. Pflum. He definitely addressed my current issue and how we will move forward caring for it. We decided on another diagnostic and when he gets the results, he will be contacting me to go over them. I had a good understanding of everything that was discussed during my visit as I was an ER RN for many years. I truly appreciated his input and plan of care. Very satisfied that I went with my gut and chose him as my new ENT.

It was my first time seeing this Dr. and I would highly recommend him! He took the time to listen to my concerns, and I trusted him with his recommendation of treatment! His whole staff was very friendly, and he said if I had any concerns in the future to reach out!! I didn't feel rushed to explain my concerns, and I felt very comfortable as a first time patient!!
