Dr pflum is A Great ENT He is very detailed when talking about one's condition He is patient and he takes his time he listens when one talks and answers any question you might have. His staff is very great also in what they all do!! I am satisfied much so with the care I have received He told me if I have any further problems just to call and make an appointment. I would DEFINITELY Recommend him and His Staff!! During my surgery I was Treated Very well!!! All my Medical needs were meant. They made me feel very very comfortable and safe!! Dr Pflum is literally the best doctor. He is on time, listens, has a solution and fixes the problem. Also very caring and kind. Very professional and an expert in his field. I am grateful to be cared for by this doctor.

Dr. Pflum was extremely informative. Gave me ideas on dealing w my sinusitis that no one ever gave me before..and I have been dealing w this for years. He was very courteous, gentle w ear cleaning and never did I feel rushed. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone.
