The visit was very brief. I only needed a couple of questions answered. They were.

They were very professional, quick, and attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Lai is succinct but explains everything clearly and is happy to answer all questions.

Doctor Ying Lai explained why I was feeling pain in the groin area. He then explained the type of surgery he would perform. He knew my medical history and his nurse who programmed the surgery, gave extra information about the day of the surgery and the care I needed.

Dr. Lai and his assistant are very thorough with the patient care. Dr. Lai tried his very best to make me as comfortable as possible when he was cleaning up my wound. And he discussed to me the proper care of handling my wound after he cleaned it Although, I was a little disappointed with some of the girls on the front. Some of them have attitudes. And all they do was talk instead helping the patients
