I felt very rushed towards the end of the visit. The medical assistant asked about my concerns. I named off three concerns to her and once the provider came in she only tried to address one concern, then I had to ask her to hold on so we can address the second concern. Before I could get to the third concerns, she turned off my file on the screen, got up and opened the door. And as I was asking her to hold on again I had one last very quick question about my health she signed and asked what it was. She did not shut the door, she had no concern about my privacy nor my questions. It took her a total of 15 seconds to answer the question and she left before I could say anything else. I understand she is busy but I am there for concerns and felt she did not care and that I was wasting her times.
