I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes per the request. I was taken into an exam room and there I sat and waited 40 minutes for Doctor. When she arrived she stated she was late because her first patient was late. I said then they should be made to wait, not me - I was on tine/early. Change your policies/practices.
Doctor Yelena Goschin is a good professional. She is attentive and competent.

I don't feel that they were equipped or ready for the appointment. I felt like the information that was provided could have been done over the phone. And I could have saved my time of taking off of work and my money.
