I love ?? her spirit...she takes her time to listen and she loves to explain what ever it is i didn't or don't understand... she cares

Aways makes me feel better about what's going on with my health, I feel very comfortable talking to her.

My concern is appointment times. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. Arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. In the exam room at 8:30-8:45. Physician arrived 45 minutes later. This has happened on my last two visits. I understand getting behind, but is this a pattern?
