Dr. Kwak and her staff are phenomenal. I appreciate everything they do for me, and they are very responsive if I ever have questions. The whole experience is always great from check in to check out. I'm glad I switched GI practices.

Finding an appointment with the GI specialist was tough. You need to hire more doctors or better manage their fine so a patient doesn't have to wait months to see a provider.

Pleasant experience

It was my very first visit with Dr Kwak and I found her and her staff to be very accommodating, pleasant and informative. She was easy to talk to and I felt instantly comfortable talking to her. She explained everything and gave me lots to think about. I told her I would talk it over with my Husband and get back to her office. She wants me to have a visit with my Primary Physician before any procedure to make sure I am able to have anesthesia. When I come to a decision about this procedure I will call her right away.
