I waited over 30 minutes because the lady at the front desk didn't arrive me properly.

She was great, listened to my concerns, addressed my health questions, I was a new patient and she spent 45 minutes with me, never felt rushed.. amazing doctor, shows great care about her patients, and very respectful also.

Dr. Shams called me about my lab results in a timely manner.

Dr. Shams came highly recommended to me and I can see why! She is incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. From the moment we started talking, I could tell she was committed to truly understanding my concerns and making sure I felt heard. She took the time to go over everything in detail, explained things clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with all the information. I never felt rushed or brushed off-she spent as much time as needed to address ALL of my questions and concerns . It's clear that she's in medicine for all the right reasons!

The receptionist was very friendly and polite. Dr. Shams was amazing! This was my first visit with her and I was completely comfortable and relax. Dr. Shams was very attentive, concerned and was aware of my health issues. She provided me with information regarding ways that I can better myself. Dr. Shams is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wish all physicians possessed Dr. Shams characteristics. Dr. Shams is the ultimate example of a great physician.
