Excellent doctor!! Very patient and listen!!

It was my first visit with Dr. Shams and she was wonderful. Very positive, compassionate and fantastic bedside manner. She even called me just a couple of hours after to report my normal test results. Dr. Shams asked again if I had any questions and to not hesitate to contact her I I thought of anything. She is an impressive physician.

Dr. Shams is an amazing physician. She explained everything thoroughly. She called me right away with lab results. Her CMA is very friendly and thorough as well! I appreciate Dr. Shams and her CMA for all that they do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shams as a PCP!!

The doctor and staff were super nice but the time when I was taken back to the room, and when the doctor came in for examine, was a bit of a long wait... then after the doctor left, I was left in the room for a good 10-15mins before the nurse arrived with the shot I was to receive... my appt was late in the day, not sure if there was an abundance of other patients that caused the waiting for some type of service to be done, but that would be my only complaint... a lot of waiting...

The wait was too long for labs.

Dr. SHAMS was FANTASTIC! She was knowledgeable, personable, and put me at ease with switching my Primary care provider to her.
