I had a bad problem when I went to have blood work done. I checked in at the kiosk, and went to the check in area. The lady informed me she did not have the standing order form Dr. Hulesch office office. She told me she could not call the office, or request the info on the computer, and I would have to contact the office. I told her I can no longer call the office direct, so it would be a while. So I called the Adocate line, which took 5 minutes to get through. The lady said she would call the office, after several minutes she told me know one was answering, and wanted to know if she could check, and call me back later. I told her no, and drove to the office. One of the two receptionist ask how she could help. I told her I need a order for blood work. She said I could have it done in the office, which I said great, but it was for two Doctors, she than said I had to go back to the hospital, to have it done. I did go back to the hospital, for the blood work which took 10 minutes, but took me two hours.
I have a wonderful Primary Physician. I have been going to him for years. Always answers your questions and puts you at ease.

Dr Hulesch and his staff are the best! They listen and truely care aboiut the well being of their patients!
I never saw Dr. Hulesch but I did have a good conversation with the female student. Then I was left in the exam room for 40minutes alone no one returned so I left
Wonderful "chair-side" manner by the doctor and his assistant!
Dr. Hulesch is very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I have anxiety about doctors, he helps to calm me down and feel relaxed when I come in for a visit.
I have always felt that Dr Hulesch genuinely cares for his patients.
