The only observation I would like to make known is that they gave me a referral for an MRI, where the sheet was completely wrinkled along with the card I had to call to make an appointment. I couldn't contain my astonishment, to which the nurse said he didn't know why the sheet was like that. I think it's illogical since we know they are created with a printer. I think the most convenient thing to do was to create a new sheet; it's truly incredible to see that referral all wrinkled. How did I explain when I had my appointment for the study that the nurse gave it to me like that? It's worth mentioning that my English is not good and I didn't want to complain about why they are capable of giving a referral like that. The doctor's assistance was very good, as always. Thank you.

The doctor is always late for the appointments. The office needs to schedule his appointments further apart. I've waited up to 45 minutes after the nurse has taken my information.
