Pleasantly surprised

I was very impressed with Dr. Rittmeyer's assessment of my pain and his approach to treating it.

Even with all the changes, everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I was nervous about coming to meet a new doctor again. However, Dr. Rittmeyer was very easy to talk to you. I felt comfortable right away. He was attentive and knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to any of my concerns and answer all of my questions And even calmed any anxious moments I was having

Botox is painful to me anyway. But after talking to the Doctor I was much more at ease!

During my visit as a new patient with this doctor.. he listened and had advice, but didn't physically evaluate me. All I got was a handshake. My health condition was not his area of expertise.
