I was impressed with Dr. Ritt and his support staff, RN. Quick to respond for scheduling appointments. Dr. Ritt is a wonderful doctor that is caring and compassionate. He listens and is down to earth.

I felt very comfortable with both the doctor and his nurse. He explained the procedure to me, and what to expect during and afterwards.

This was the first time I saw this surgeon. He has a great reputation and everything I heard was correct. If I get the surgery, this would be the guy.

I am frustrated about trying to schedule another appointment with this doctor. Apparently, I cannot schedule one for later than 3:30, which is the time I need, because they only schedule appointments consecutively starting early in the morning. I'd like to make an appointment later in the day so I do not have to miss work.

Doctor Ritt is very thorough and an excellent surgeon. He also seems like a very nice person.

Registration was confusing

I wish staff was more on the ball regarding my visits are through the VA. There is always a reference number associated with my visit via VA community care.
