Very pleasant gentleman

After leaving the ER with not much information about my condition, this provider saw me the following morning. He sat with me and explained exactly what was happening, even drew me a picture so I could visualize! He pulled up all my recent labs and images and went over them with me explaining what he was looking and and why he was recommending surgery. He even was able to make arrangements for me to have my procedure done the same week. I left this appointment feeling informed and heard.

He had great bedside manners. Nurse was great too. They were the only ones in their department and were short handed but you didn't notice. They made me feel comfortable.

After meeting with Dr. Ritt and his staff I immediately felt more relaxed. They were kind,caring and considerate. Dr. Ritt explained the procedure so well so I knew exactly what to expect. Such a kind compassionate Dr. I would highly recommend him

Both the doctor and his nurse were extremely pleasant, felt very comfortable talking to both of them. I am positive I will be in good hands with them.

Everyone seemed nice and cared

Dr. Ritt provided a comprehensive and detailed explanation as to what the hernia procedure would consist of and all of his staff was professional and helpful. He answered all my questions in layman's terms and was extremely pleasant. He also promised to have enough quarters for his robot assistant so it wouldn't quit on him during the procedure.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional.
