Dr. O'Brien and his staff were very helpful and kind. They went way above and beyond my expectations.

I was told to be there at a specific time and when I got there I sat as people whose appointment time that was after mine was seen before me.

I don't understand why I had to wait on a gurney, in a room with nothing to read or listen to for 2 1/2 hours before the procedure started. Rather challenging. The staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the extended wait time from the time I arrived until the time the procedure was performed.
