The wait time was horrendous. For a 9am appointment you are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time. This means you are arriving at 845am for a 9am appointment and was not called into the exam room until 10am or later. Waiting 1 hour past my appointment time without any explanation for me that is unacceptable.

Dr. Imlach always seems to take a personal interest in my health. We communicate great with each other, and I always have confidence in his decision regarding my treatment. It's a pleasure to have him as my primary care physician.

I'm so happy that I have a doctor that goes the extra mile to make sure that all resources have been exhausted. I'm so grateful to him, and although I have moved outside the area, I will continue to travel to see him for my medical needs.

Dr. William Imlach and his staff always go above and beyond. I refer many family, friends, and co-workers to see him. Everyone is always very impressed with this provider's bedside manner and attentiveness. His staff is always responsive to messages left for the provider, ensuring that all our questions and concerns are addressed before leaving the office. Advocate is very fortunate to have Dr. Imlach and his clinical staff as part of the AAH health system.
