When there's a problem in the doctor gets behind, they should have the courtesy to call patients to let them know he's running behind.

Dr Imlach is always thoughtful, listens to my needs and makes me feel like he is my partner in health, vs just being a service.

I am a nurse and I have the strictest confidence an trust in Dr Imlach and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. Advocate should give him bonuses because as long as he works for Advocate they will have a large population of pleased patients. When a nurse experienced in critical care , emergency room ,recovery room telemetry, ortho , psych and home care tell you that you have one of the best you can go to Vegas or play the lottery because you have a winner.

Dr. Imlach and staff are AMAZING!! Only thing that I do not like is giving my phone number out aloud during registration I normally write it down but I didn't because I pre-registered....Why are we asked...if we have completed pre-registration online???
