This provider is caring and always takes care of my family when they go to see him as well.
The front office had us to check-in at the lab window an we waited over an hour to be call. When back to the window an found out we had never been check-in.

My appointment was at 11:30 I was asked to be there at 11:15. I arrived at 11:00 and wasn't seen until after 1:00.

My appointment was for 3:15. I did not see the doctor until 5:05. That is rude and unprofessional. Nobody ever came in to tell me how far behind he was. I really like my doctor, but I may start looking for another one.
Wish we could call directly to the clinic instead of the call going to Aurora facility
I received very helpful assistance and information from the nurse doing vitals and who gave me a flu shot; from the assistants who took blood and urine for tests; and from the student with whom I walked through my current medical status and some history.
